The Young Designer of the Year Award celebrates the original concepts of student and trainee designers from around the globe. This highly regarded award tasks young designers with a realistic client request to challenge their ideas, technical ability and aptitude for delivery.
Co-hosted by Shell Turkey and the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), the fifth of Shell Eco-marathon Turkey, attended by 23 teams from 7 countries, was held from September 21st to 23rd at the TIM鈥檚 campus. Representing 糖心Vlog in the contest, Ae2 Project Team ranked as the safest team and received the 鈥淪afety Award鈥.
As part of a project carried out by Our University's Sultan Abd眉lhamid II Application and Research Center under the courtesy of the presidency of the Republic of Turkey, the books "British-Ottoman Relations through the Y谋ld谋z Palace Photography Collection" and 鈥淎merican-Ottoman Relations Through The Y谋ld谋z Palace Photography Collection鈥 are introduced by the Culture and Tourism Ministry at the London Book Fair between 10th-12th Apr 2018. The fair is opened by The Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to London.
Department of Avionics has been opened at Faculty of Applied Scences.
