The Council of Higher Education sent a notification letter to universities regarding the implementation of the two-semester extension granted to female graduate students who have given birth, as stipulated in the relevant legislation. The letter specified that the extension period is two years.

By presidential decree, the Additional Area of the Y谋ld谋z Technical University Technology Development Zone in Arnavutk枚y has been officially designated. The Teknopark Arnavutk枚y project, for which a protocol had previously been signed, has entered a new phase with this decision.
The Arnavutk枚y campus, developed by Y谋ld谋z Technical University, YT脺 Y谋ld谋z Technopark, and the Arnavutk枚y Municipality, has been designated as the 鈥淵谋ld谋z Technical University Technology Development Zone Extension Area鈥 by a Presidential Decree. The decision, published in the Official Gazette, will transform Arnavutk枚y鈥攁 rapidly developing area of Istanbul鈥攊nto a robust R&D and innovation ecosystem.
The conference "Celestial Crossroads: Encounters, Intersections, and Interactions," which explores the intersection of astronomy and history, is being attended by 45 academics from 16 countries. The conference will conclude on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Ergun K谋rl谋koval谋, the inventor of polymer technologies, and international education expert Prof. Dr. Murat Ta艧 were presented with the Orhun Foundation 2026 Science and Service Award.
